The Sausage Company has been locally owned and operated by Rick Osborn since 1999. He has developed the business from a simple sausage route into a specialty foods distributorship based upon the winery explosion and the specialty foods craze. His years of experience have helped him create a list of exceptional products and partners, working closely with many local chefs, Central Coast wineries, and specialty & natural food grocers to find the best quality, hard-to-find foods to fit their particular needs. In addition, Rick and his team have helped guide the just-starting business owner in finding their particular niche’ in the specialty food world.
