The Sausage Company has been locally owned and operated for over 30 years. In May 2021 Central Coast Native, Julie Darrah decided to purchase The Sausage Company from the previous owner. He had developed the business from a simple sausage route into a specialty foods distributorship and she and her partners now look forward to taking it to the next level. Wanting to continue serving the amazing customers. We have an exceptional list of ever growing products and partners. We will br working closely with many local chefs, Central Coast wineries, and specialty & natural food grocers to find the best quality, hard-to-find foods to fit their particular needs. We want to continue to help all restaurateur's grow their particular niche’ in the specialty food world.
